Mountain climbers are a higher intensity exercise and will get your heart rate up quickly.

 

This is ultimately where you want to be with a mountain climber. To modify, you can lean against a counter or bench until your strength can tolerate being on the ground.

 

Try not to let your front toe touch the ground when that knee comes to the chest. It’s a quick switch of the feet, like you’re running.
